Maison Maître
Maison Maître is an interior design agency founded by two long-time friends who decided to unite their complementary talents to create refined, timeless spaces.
The goal of this project was to develop a strong and elegant visual identity that reflects:
- their shared vision of interior design,
- the balance between structure and sensitivity,
- and the architectural heritage that inspires their work.
The logo was designed as the foundation of a long-lasting brand — sophisticated, distinctive, and deeply rooted in meaning.
The Challenge
The main challenge was to create a visual identity that balances:
- Architectural rigor and creative freedom,
- Heritage and contemporary design,
- Professional expertise and a personal, human story.
The Maison Maître wordmark was crafted using a bespoke type design, developed specifically for the brand.
The typography draws inspiration from classical architectural lettering while incorporating subtle contemporary details, reinforcing the brand’s refined and exclusive positioning.
Although the project focuses on logo design, the identity can naturally expand into a restrained color palette inspired by noble materials:
- Primary tones: warm black, stone grey, soft ivory
- Secondary accents: wood, linen, mineral and brass-inspired hues
This palette supports the brand’s calm, elegant and architectural universe.
